Our marketing department works to maximize non-contract revenue opportunities for our clients. We also provide our clients with access to allied professionals to assist with financial and wealth management, and post-retirement planning so our focus can remain on representation and our client's focus can remain on the game. We are able to anticipate and respond quickly to public relations issues. Our staff provides all the resources needed to ensure our clients' professional and personal success.

Draft Advising Deciding between playing professionally and continuing with an education is a crucial factor for aspiring athletes. Our research and attention to detail helps us to properly advise aspiring athletes and their families in choosing the best and most appropriate option for their future career, whether that is in school or in professional baseball. Contract Negotiation Our management team has the negotiation experience and comprehensive understanding of the market necessary to maximize our clients' revenue. We recognize that professional athletes need an experienced negotiator to assist them in dealing with team management during contract negotiations. We provide our clients information, advice and options to ensure that all opportunities are explored and that the best possible contract is negotiated. Wealth Management KASE Management maintains relationships with some of the best financial advisors who have considerable experience working specifically with professional athletes. We believe it is important to have independent and knowledgeable experts to provide our clients with financial, wealth management and post retirement planning and guidance. Accounting/Taxes The accounting needs of professional athletes requires special focus on managing income from multiple sources, meeting financial obligations, protecting assets, and limiting tax liabilities. KASE Management's longstanding relationships with firms that employ top-rated CPA's and tax experts will ensure our clients' financial concerns are fully protected, prepared for post-career, and all federal and state tax obligations are met. Endorsements We aggressively seek out and create marketing opportunities that will enhance a client's image and build a personal brand. KASE Management prepares a personal marketing program for each client and works to integrate into the plans of various sports marketing organizations. While the public generally equates athletes with Major League Teams, our marketing and endorsement programs begin as soon as our clients sign with us. Arbitration Many factors are reviewed when preparing for arbitration including the quality of the player's contribution to his team, the length and consistency of his career, recent performance records, and comparative salaries. All of these criteria and more go in to putting a successful arbitration together for our clients. Media/Public Relations Building a positive brand and image for our clients is one of the most important aspects of a long lasting and rewarding professional sports career. KASE Management encourages athletes to give back to their communities and be a positive role model for young and aspiring athletes. Athletic Trainers KASE Management provides all clients with the opportunity to train with an athletic trainer during their off season. We are associated with professional athletic trainers located throughout the region who train professional athletes during their off-seasons in speed, endurance, strength and agility training. NCAA Eligibility We provide advising for NCAA-eligible student athletes and their parents helping guide their decisions and future career. Amateur draftees who are NCAA-eligible are forbidden from signing with an agent or having one negotiate on their behalf. KASE provides advice and guidance to amateur athletes and their parents as a courtesy at this point in their careers to help them make the best choices.
